Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Custom Orders Custom orders require a minimum of 14 days processing time before shipment. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work with you on a resolution.
