Custom Orders

Interested in something unique? I love bringing custom ideas to life! Custom orders require a minimum of 14 days processing time. When reaching out about a custom order, please include:

Your preferred colors and size
How you plan to use the piece
Any inspiration photos or special details

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Review all details carefully before submitting your request.

Please note: All custom orders are cost estimated. A final cost will be provided along with a photo of the completed piece before your order ships or is picked up.

Custom Order Deposit Policy

All custom orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and begin production. Here's how it works:

✅ The $50 deposit is collected upfront before any work begins
✅ This deposit is applied directly toward your total order balance
❌ The deposit is non-refundable — once production begins, it cannot be returned
💳 The remaining balance is due upon completion, before your order ships or prior to pickup
🧾 A receipt will be issued for all deposits, confirming your payment and order details
📝 An estimated balance for your total order will be provided at the time of deposit, so you know what to expect before your order is complete

To get started on a custom order, reach out via email or social media with your project details. Once we've discussed your vision and confirmed the quote, you'll receive a payment link for your deposit along with a receipt and estimated order total.

Order Issues & Urgent Inquiries

If you have an issue with an existing order — such as a damaged item or missing package — please email us at Owlcraftsndesignllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right!
