Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care and are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Before packaging, every item is carefully polished and cleaned to ensure it arrives looking its absolute best. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer — I appreciate your patience!

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a minimum of 14 days to complete. Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive an estimated completion and ship date. I'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and I will do my best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
