What are your products made of?

All of my pieces are handcrafted using premium resin, carefully mixed pigments, and hand-selected glitters and embellishments. Each item is finished with a glossy coat for durability and a beautiful shine.

Are your products truly one of a kind?

Yes! Because every piece is handmade, no two are exactly alike. Glitter patterns, color depth, and shimmer will vary slightly, making your piece uniquely yours.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces. Please reach out via the Contact Us page with your color preferences, size, and intended use and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders require a minimum of 14 days to complete. Once your order is placed and details are confirmed, you will be provided with an estimated completion date. I appreciate your patience — great things take time!

How do I care for my resin piece?

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not place in the dishwasher or submerge in water. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat to preserve the finish and color.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade to order, I do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will make it right.

Can I use your owl holders for plants?

Yes! They work great as planters for small succulents or plants. Just be sure to use a liner or small pot insert to protect the resin from prolonged moisture exposure.
